Owing a bike might seem to be interesting, but maintaining it properly is also equally important. Check the tires and the pressure of air frequently.  Pressure should be optimum for getting grips on the road and for durability of the tire. Make sure that there are no cuts on the tires. The two-wheeler should be operated only after checking oil. Clean the bike with low-pressure water only. Battery leakage should be taken care of. Brakes need to be properly spaced. Spark plug and carburettor should be cleaned regularly.  Surface finish can be maintained through cleaning of the two-wheeler. Cover the ignition switch unit and silencer with plastic covers before cleaning.
